Privacy, in plain English.
The short version
I collect what you type into my forms and standard analytics about how the site gets used. I use it to respond to you and to measure my advertising. I never sell it, rent it, or share it beyond the services that keep this site running.
What I collect
When you submit a form, I receive what you enter: your name, email, phone, company, and message, plus which package or service you asked about. If you arrived from an ad, the form also records the ad click identifiers Google and Meta attach to the link (GCLID and similar) and campaign tags (UTM parameters), so I know which ad brought you in. The site also uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement.
How I use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare for your call, and follow up on the project you asked about. Ad click identifiers are used for one thing: telling Google and Meta which ads produced real clients, so I stop paying for the ones that do not. If you become a client, that reporting may include the fact that a conversion happened and its value, tied to the original ad click.
Services that touch the data
The site runs on Vercel. Form submissions are delivered to my inbox by Resend and stored in Google Workspace. Analytics and ad measurement use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel. Discovery calls are scheduled through Google Calendar. Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy; none of them receives more than it needs to do its job.
Your choices
You can browse the entire site without submitting anything. You can block cookies in your browser and the site keeps working. If you want the information you sent me corrected or deleted, email me and I will take care of it, no forms, no waiting period.
